In order to qualify, you must stake $10,000 cash on any Playtech games during the promotional period. This $10,000 is cumulative and can be made up of multiple stakes of smaller amounts. You will have three days to meet the staking requirement.

Once you have met the initial staking requirement and accepted your first reward, you will have the option to complete the same staking requirement for a second time ($20,000 staked in total) during the same promotional period to qualify for the same choice of reward. A maximum of two rewards in total is available during each promotional period.

Once you have met the staking requirement, you will be presented with an in-game pop-up message offering you a choice of reward: 25 Free Spins, 25 Golden Chips or $500 cash. After choosing your reward, you will be given the option to Accept or Decline. If you choose Decline, or leave the game before making your selection, then you are declining the offer and you will not receive the reward.

Bets on Roulette covering 67% or more of all betting positions, and bets on Baccarat on both Player and Banker, will not contribute towards earning tickets.

Once accepted you will have three days to use your Free Spins or Golden Chips. Any unused Free Spins or Golden Chips will be removed, along with any winnings accrued, within three days of acceptance.

Once accepted, the cash reward is credited automatically to your withdrawable balance.

Golden Chips received must be played as one unit and cannot be split into any smaller amounts. Up to 20 Golden Chips can be played at a time. Golden Chips are a free bet and any win from them will see the winnings returned to the player but not the value of the Golden Chip itself. There is no wagering requirement attached to any winnings accrued from Golden Chips.

In the event that your prize is not credited automatically, it may take up to 72 hours from the end of the relevant promotional period for your prize to be credited.
